At Four Star Fit, my goal is to help women feel more confident. I help women every day lose body fat, build muscle and get stronger! Together we make a plan that is sustainable and fits into your lifestyle. Love the gym? Great! I can plan for that! Workout at home? Personalized Weight Loss Plans
Losing weight/body fat and keeping it off doesn't happen overnight. When we start working together, I look at your habits and gain an understanding of your daily nutrition. Depending on your goals we work together to customize a nutrition and exercise program that you can stick with and see results!
Nutritional Guidance and Meal Planning
Depending on your past dieting history, I will create a nutrition plan that works for you. Don't like tracking your food on a app? That's OK! Already know a little about macros but want to learn more? GREAT! Whichever route we decide I will be there guiding you through the whole process!
Fitness and Exercise Programs
My customized workout plans are designed for you! You get access to my app where workouts are loaded in in 4-week phases. Once you complete a 4-week phase, I make changes that will lead to progressive overload and muscle building. During our weekly check ins we will discuss how you are doing on your program. Workouts are planned for 30, 45, or 60 minutes and anywhere from 3-5 days a week depending on where you are starting and what your goals are.
